SMS rocket attacks warning
Izrael started to use unique system of early warning developed by Cellact after the attacks from Palestinia and Lebanon. It’s being installed in big Izraeli towns and factories on the north of Israel. And in the case of danger it starts sending SMS to all working mobile phones. It uses the existing mobile system, so it’s cheap, but useful.
